AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of Wer (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

USE OF SERVICE

You must not misuse the Service by hacking into other accounts or attempting to gain unauthorized access to any computer system or network connected to the Service.

LICENSE GRANT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Wer grants you a non-exclusive license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes. Wer reserves all rights in and to the Service not expressly granted by this Agreement.

USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any passwords or access codes provided to you by us. You agree that you will be personally liable for all activities associated with your account.

TERMINATION OF SERVICE

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate your use of the Service and deny access to the Service at any time without notice.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

Pixies of the Forest PROVIDES THE SERVICES "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT SPECIAL INCIDENTAL EXEMPLARY OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY THEREOF.

AMENDMENTS

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Your continued use of the Service after amendments are made constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement is the entire agreement between us with respect to its subject matter and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, whether written or oral.

NO WAIVER

No failure by Wer to exercise any right or power granted under this Agreement will be deemed a waiver of such rights.

VALIDITY AND INTERPRETATION

These Terms and Conditions are intended as a final expression of our agreement and supersede all prior agreements, whether written or oral. It is the expressed intent of the parties that this writing sets forth their entire understanding with respect to its subject matter.

BINDING EFFECT

This Agreement will bind and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto, their respective successors, assigns, heirs, executors, administrators and personal representatives.
